Why does the sun appear red in the morning and evening?

Why does the sun appear red in the morning and evening?

The atmosphere around the earth is air. It contains molecules of many types of gases and water droplets or steam. The highest among the gases is about 78 percent nitrogen and about 21 percent oxygen. Also there is argon gas and water. It contains dust, ash and salt from sea water etc.

We think the color of our sky is sky because of these things. Actually what we call color is light. Light travels in waves or waves. Things in the air block these waves.

Longer waves have less interference. They are bigger than dust particles. That is, red, yellow and orange waves of light are not visible. But small waves are stopped by particles of gas or dust. And this light collides and spreads all around. Blue color travels in short waves in the spectrum of light. When this blue color spreads, it seems to be the color of the sky. The sun is up during the day. The lower part of the atmosphere is more dense. If you look at the distant horizon, it is yellowish. Sometimes it is red too.

In the morning and evening, when the sun is below the horizon, then the light reaches us through the lower surface of the atmosphere relatively. Due to the denser medium, the red waves of the spectrum are also scattered. That's why the sky appears for Arunima. Sometimes the sky is also yellow when there is a storm.

The color of the sky is black. When there is no sunlight in the night, it looks black to us. We also like our sun to be yellow. When you go to space where there is no air, the sky is black and white sun is seen.

Success Story / Biography of Mr. Ravi Kumar Dahiya.

Once the father used to bring milk and fruits from 40 km away every day for son's practice, today wrestler Ravi Dahiya wrote history with silver medal in the Olympics after fighting the difficult struggle of life.

"The destination comes to those who have life in their dreams, nothing happens with wings, they fly with courage."

A direct example of this phrase is Ravi Kumar Dahiya, who won the silver medal for India in the Olympics by defeating the opponents with his skills. Ravi may have missed out on victory in the final of Olympics 2020, even though he could not win the gold, but the patience and restraint with which he won the hearts of opponents is worthy of praise. He has not only won the silver medal for India, but has set a new example of humanity with his courage and sportsmanship. Ravi Kumar Dahiya has traveled to the Olympics with a lot of difficulties. Ravi's father used to work in the fields and go to the wrestling field after traveling a long distance of 40 kilometers to deliver milk and fruits so that his son becomes a successful wrestler and today Ravi Dahiya achieved his success on the basis of his hard work. A new history has been created by writing the success story. The journey to reach the Olympics was not easy for Ravi Dahiya, who won a silver medal in the Olympics. Let's know his inspirational journey from floor to floor.

Traveling from Nahari in Sonipat to Tokyo was not easy,

Born on 12 December 1997 in a farmer family of Sonepat, the financial condition of the family of Wrestler Ravi Dahiya was very weak. His father Rakesh Dahiya was a farmer but he used to cultivate on rented land of others. Rakesh Dahiya might sweat in the fields, but once upon a time he was very fond of wrestling and had dreamed that the country would bring medals for the country. When poverty put obstacles, he lost courage and started farming, after the birth of Ravi Dahiya, he inspired his son to wrestler, Rakesh Dahiya himself has done more than the hard work he got from son Ravi Dahiya, the result of that It is said that the son has got a silver medal today.

Ravi Dahiya's father used to travel 40 km daily,

The hard work of Rakesh Dahiya, who takes care of the family through agriculture and animal husbandry, has paid off today. Rakesh Dahiya, who dreamed of making his son a wrestler, used to take milk and butter from Nahari to Chhatrasal Stadium in Delhi every day for Ravi so that there would be no shortage in Ravi Dahiya's diet. Rakesh Dahiya used to wake up in the morning and pack milk and butter for the son and then used to reach the railway station on foot for about 5 kms, after getting down at Azadpur station and then walking for 2 kms to reach Chhatrasal.

Training at Chhatrasal Stadium in Delhi,

Ravi started training at the age of 10 at Chhatrasal Stadium in Delhi. He has trained under Satpal Singh, who won gold in the 1982 Asian Games. Ravi Kumar Dahiya made his debut at the age of 22. He played his first match in the World Championship and in that match Ravi Kumar Dahiya defeated the Iranian player and Asian champion Riza Atrinagharchi. From this match itself, it seemed that Ravi could definitely reach the Olympics later.

Even the hurt did not break the spirit,

Ravi Dahiya's talent was visible in the 2015 Junior World Wrestling Championship. He won the silver medal in the 55kg category, but got injured in the semi-finals. After that, he had to withdraw due to injury while making a career in the senior category. Injury troubled him at the 2017 Senior Nationals. Due to this he had to stay away from Matt for some time. It took him about a year to recover.

History created by winning silver medal in Tokyo Olympics,

Ravi Dahiya created history by reaching the final of the men's freestyle 57kg category at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. He defeated Nur Islam Sanayev of Kazakhstan in the semi-final match to ensure India's silver medal and made it to the final gold medal match. Ravi defeated NoorIslam 7-9 via victory by fall in the semi-final match. Earlier, Ravi had a pre-quarterfinal match against Colombia's Oscar Tigers. In this match, Ravi defeated the Colombian wrestler one-sided by a huge margin of 11-2. Ravi may have missed out on winning the gold in his final match but his courage and patience has made him an example for all.

Has done many awards in his name,

Ravi Kumar Dahiya has not only won silver medal in Olympics but he has won many medals for India in his wrestling. Ravi Kumar Dahiya won the silver medal in the Junior World Championship in the year 2015. Ravi Dahiya performed brilliantly in the Senior Nationals Games held in the year 2017 and reached the semi-finals, but due to injury he had to be ruled out. Ravi Dahiya won the bronze medal by defeating Asian champion Reeza Atrinagharchi at the World Championships. In the year 2018, Ravi Dahiya won a silver medal in the Under 23 World Championship.

Today the name of Ravi Kumar Dahiya is being discussed everywhere. Ravi Kumar Dahiya, who wrote his success story with his hard work and dedication, is truly an inspiration for crores of Indians today. The way he has exemplified his patience and sportsmanship by winning India a silver medal in the Olympics, the way he has been praised will be less.

Ms. Sudha Varghese Success Story/Biography.

Sudha Varghese, popularly known as Cycle Didi, who worked for the upliftment of the poor and downtrodden of Bihar, was honored with the Padma Shri.

Even today there are some people in this society who think of others before themselves and dedicate their whole life to improve their life. Sudha Varghese is a direct example of this. Sudha is originally from Kerala but she has dedicated her entire life to improve the lives of downtrodden and poor of Bihar. Even after 7 decades of independence, there was not much improvement in the conditions of the Mahadalit and very poor 'Musahar' caste of Bihar. The people of this caste are forced to eat moose i.e. rats to live even today. Today, the responsibility of helping this society has been taken up by Sudha Varghese, whose initiative has brought about a change in the condition of the Musahar caste. This is the reason why the Government of India has honored Sudha Varghese with the Padma Shri award for her work in the field of social reform. It was not easy for Sudha Varghese to travel from Kerala to work for the people of Bihar. Let us know the inspirational journey of his life.

Born in Kerala but working for Bihar,

Born in Kerala, Sudha Varghese started working with The Sisters of Notre Dame Institute in her early life. In 1965, Sudha was sent to a convent school in Bihar from this institution. Sudha, who went to Bihar for the first time, was shocked by the discrimination and poverty prevailing in the society there. Very poor people lived around his convent school and in the midst of this he came to know about the Musahar caste. According to Sudha, “These are also the poorest of the poor and it is rare for any government scheme to reach them. They have to struggle for the next meal every day, besides diseases like leprosy are a daily reality here.

 raised voice for women,

When Sudha came here at a young age, she had little understanding of the English language, but to help others, she acquired knowledge of English and Hindi language. Later on, Sudha studied law and also obtained a bachelor's degree. In 1987, Sudha started Nari Gunjan NGO from Bihar. Sudha Varghese gradually emerged as a mirror for the women society. He started a voluntary organization in 1987. Whose name was named 'Nari Gunjan', the voice of women. Through this, the aim was to advance women by making them aware of their legal rights. Now this organization is running in the name of Nari Gunjan in many districts of Bihar.

 determined to end poverty,

Seeing the helplessness of the people and their conditions, Sudha Varghese decided to do something for this section of the society. For this she packed her belongings and went to Jamsaut village of Musahar caste of Patna. Where people are unable to fill their stomachs, the provision of electricity, water and toilets is far away. This community had no connection with education even remotely. The children of the Musahar caste were discriminated against. He did not even have the right to sit on the bench in the school. They were called as untouchables. Where there was this condition of education, the people of the community did not have employment. As such, they were paid less wages than others in the work of wages.

The responsibility of educating the society,

Sudha Varghese knew very well that only through education the biggest difficulties can be overcome. So he took the initiative to educate the girls of the Musahar caste. Through this, he encouraged women to move forward by making them aware of their legal rights. Due to education and learning of skills, women were able to earn employment. The women of the Musahar caste also have their own 'women band'. Sudha's NGO, which makes villagers aware about education, cleanliness, rights and living a dignified life, has been associated with about 850 self-help groups and gradually it has reached to other five districts of Bihar.

 'Prerna' school started for girls,

Sudha Varghese started a school called Prerna in 2005 to teach girls better education and skills in Bihar. The girls studying in this school were mostly girls whose previous generations had not even stepped on the school door. Along with giving education to the girls here, they are also trained in sports, studies, handicraft work and karate. Presently the girls coming out of this school not only started participating in inter-state competition, but they also took part in a competition in Japan. After the success of Prerna School, its second branch was also opened.

 Known as 'Bicycle Didi',

In the initial days, Sudha Varghese used to reach among the Dalit community by bicycle and make people aware. People started calling her by the name of Cycle Didi. In this way she is also known as Cycle Didi.

Success Story/Biography of Ms. Lovlina Borgohain.

There is no paved road in the village, yet the journey to the Olympics has been decided, know the inspirational story of boxer Lovlina Borgohain, who won bronze medal in Tokyo Olympics

Who says there can't be a hole in the sky, throw a stone when you're sick, guys.

This proverb fits perfectly on the life of Lovlina Borgohain, who won India a bronze medal in the boxing competition of Tokyo Olympics.  Lovlina Borgohain hails from a village in the Indian state of Assam that does not even have a pucca road, lacks resources.  Despite this, Lovlina Borgohain's spirits did not weaken.  He has illuminated the name of India by performing brilliantly for India in the Tokyo Olympics.  Lovlina Borgohain may have lost in the semi-finals but she has won the bronze medal for India due to her tremendous performance.  Lovlina used to do kick boxing before joining boxing, in which she has also won medals at the national level.  It was not so easy for Lovlina Borgohain to travel from a small village to the Olympics.  Let's know about his inspirational journey from struggle to success.

There is no paved road till the village,

Born in a middle-class family of Baramukhiya, a small village in Golaghat, Assam, the village of Lovlina Borgohain did not even have a pucca road until a few days ago, but after the success of Lovlina, now a pucca road is being constructed to her village.  Used to be.  Lovlina also has two elder sisters.  Both are currently part of the Paramilitary Force and are serving the country.  Lovlina's village is quite small and has few kutcha-pucca houses.  There is not even a paved road in the village yet, but on the strength of her performance, Lovlina has traveled to the Tokyo Olympics and has brought laurels to the entire India along with her village by winning the bronze medal in the Olympics.

Father had inspired me to move forward,

Lovlina Borgohain's father Tiken Borgohain is a farmer and with the earnings from that, he has inspired his three daughters to move forward.  Lovlina Borgohain was a strong-willed girl since childhood.  At the age of 15, she used to go alone for training in different parts of the country.  It was this quality of his that convinced his father that he was strong and stubborn.  Lovlina used to practice Muay Thai kick boxing from 2010 to 2012, but she did wonders when she got a chance to box from the Sports Authority of India.

Seeing the photo of boxer Mohammad Ali got the inspiration to become a boxer,

The turning point in the life of Lovlina, who played like a normal child in the village, came when her father Tiken Borgohain brought sweets wrapped in a piece of newspaper for the children.  There was a picture printed in that piece.  Lovlina Borgohain asked the father about the person in that picture.  That photo was of legendary boxer Mohammad Ali.  Father Tiken narrated the whole story of Ali to the daughter.  This story is famous in Golahat district of Assam that after that Lovlina decided that she too wanted to become a boxer just like Mohammad Ali.

 Won medals in many competitions,

The new story of boxer Lovlina started in the year 2012.  He had to leave his village-town and go to Guwahati.  After which Lovlina Borgohain became the sub-junior national champion in the 70 kg category.  Then he got selected for the National Camp in Bhopal.  It took only five years for Lovlina to reach the Asian Boxing Championship.  In 2017, he won the bronze medal in this event in Vietnam.  Earlier, he won silver in the Nations Cup held in Serbia.  Lovlina has won the bronze medal in the 2018 World Championships.  Lovlina, who arrived here with past successes and excellent form, had to face defeat in the quarterfinals.  However, this defeat taught him that it is not enough to be physically fit to win, but mental fitness should also be there.

Learned from his mistakes, created history by winning bronze medal in Tokyo Olympics,

Learning from her mistakes at the World Championships, Lovlina Borgohain defeated the Chinese boxer in the quarterfinals of the Tokyo Olympics to seal her place in the semi-finals.  However, Indian women's boxer Lovlina Borgohain (69kg) suffered a defeat at the hands of world champion boxer Busenaj Surmenelli in her semi-final bout.  With this defeat, Lovlina had to be content with the bronze medal in the Olympics and her dream of winning gold for the country remained unfulfilled.  But he has illuminated the name of India by winning India a bronze medal.  Lovlina Borgohain has also been awarded the Arjuna Award for her performance.

Lovlina Borgohain, who won everyone's heart with her performance in the Tokyo Olympics, is truly an inspiration for millions of people today.  He has written a new success story by winning India a bronze medal.

Success Story/Biography of Ms. Saikhom Mirabai Chanu.

Once wood was used for home, today history was created by winning silver medal in Olympics, know the inspirational story of Mirabai Chanu

"Fearing the waves the boat does not cross, those who try are never defeated."

The phrase fits perfectly with the life of Mirabai Chanu, who won India's first silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics. Saikhom Meerabai Chanu once used to be a wood picker for her house and today she has created a new history by winning a bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics. Mirabai Chanu had shown her talent by lifting more weight at the age of only 12, because then she could easily lift more wood than her elder brother. She used to collect this wood from the forest for firewood, but this practice from her childhood finally worked for her and she became the top lifter of the country. Very few people know that weightlifter Mirabai Chanu was criticized after her poor performance in the Rio Olympics, but she made her criticism her passion and today the 26-year-old has brought laurels to India. It was not so easy for Saikhom Mirabai Chanu to travel from a small village in Manipur to the Olympics. Let us know the inspirational journey of his life.

The talent of weightlifting was seen in childhood,

Saikhom Meerabai Chanu is the youngest of six siblings born on 8 August 1994 in a poor family in Nongpok Kakching village, 20 km from Imphal, Manipur. As a child, she accompanied her four-year-old elder brother, Saikhom Santomba Meitei, to a nearby hill to collect wood. One day his brother could not lift the bundle, but Meera easily picked it up and she brought it to our house about two km away. Then she was 12 years old. Seeing this, his family members came to know that there is a special talent hidden in Mirabai Chanu. After which Mirabai got involved in weightlifting.

 practiced weightlifting with bamboo,

Saikhom Mirabai Chanu was smart since childhood. In those days, women weightlifter Kunjurani Devi from Manipur was the star and went to play in Athens Olympics. Just the same scene settled in the mind of little Meera and Meerabai decided to become a waitlifter. In front of Meera's insistence, the parents also had to give up. When she started practicing in 2007, at first she did not have an iron bar, so she used to practice with bamboo. If there was no training center in the village, she used to go 50-60 km away for training. Daily milk and chicken were required in the diet, but that was not possible for Meera of a common family. He didn't let that come in the way. In 11 years she became the Under-15 champion and in 17 years she became the junior champion. Seeing the Kunjurani, Meera had a dream of becoming a champion, Meera broke the 12-year-old national record of her idol by lifting 192 kg in 2016.

Success Story/Biography of Mr. Dr. Radheshyam Barle.(Success Story/Biography of Mr. Dr. Radheshyam Barle).https://amartathya.blogspot.com/2021/07/success-storybiography-of-mr-dr.html

In the year 2016, the dream of winning the Rio Olympics was left unfulfilled.

2016 was a tough one for India's weightlifter Saikhom Mirabai Chanu. Meera was only the second athlete in her class to not do weightlifting at the Olympics. At this time, Mirabai's performance was criticized by many. She even went into depression and had to take psychological sessions every week. Once after this failure, Meera had made up her mind to say goodbye to the game. But he did not give up and made a tremendous comeback in international competitions.

Created history by learning from our mistakes

Saikhom Mirabai Chanu, just 4 feet 11 inches, won gold at the 2017 World Weightlifting Championships by lifting 194 kg, almost four times more than her own weight of 48 kg. After which his morale increased. Learning from her past mistakes, Mira Chanu did a tremendous bounce back. He has made India proud by winning a silver medal in the weight of 49 kg in the Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan in 2021. Not only this, apart from the World Championship, Mirabai has also won a silver medal in the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.

did not eat food to maintain weight,

Meera did not even eat food that day to maintain her weight of 48 kg. To prepare for this day, Saikhom Mirabai Chanu did not even attend her real sister's wedding last year. The tears flowing from the eyes of Meera, who won a medal for India, were a testimony to the pain she was going through since 2016. He has answered all the critics with his performance.

Has been honored with many honors including Padma Shri,

Saikhom Mirabai Chanu has been honored with many honors for her stellar performance. He was awarded the "Padma Shri" by the Government of India. Along with this, Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award has also been given to him.

Story of Kargil Hero Martyr Captain Anuj Nayyar.

Kargil Hero: The unique story of Anuj Nayyar's spirit of 'Hero' of Kargil War, you will also be surprised to know.

The courage and valor shown by Indian soldiers during the Kargil war continues to enhance the spirit of our army even today. In the 1999 Kargil war fought against Pakistan, Pakistan's deception was destroyed by the army. The enemy country would still tremble remembering that day. There are many 'heroes' of the 1999 war, but there is one soldier whose martyrdom and his courage against the enemy is still remembered. We are talking about Captain Anuj Nayyar. Hero Captain Anuj Nayyar, who contributed significantly to the victory of the Kargil war, not only saved the sixes of the enemies but also raised the tricolor to further strengthen India's victory. Captain Nayyar was given the responsibility of clearing Point 4875 west of Tiger Hill. Tiger Hill was completely surrounded by Pakistani infiltrators, but taking a direct fight with the enemies, Captain Anuj Nayyar did not give up and presented a unique example of his bravery. Let's know the wonderful tales of his bravery.

Had left the engagement to fight,

Anuj, 25, was on his way home for an engagement with his childhood friend, when war broke out and he had to go to Kargil at the front. Captain Anuj Nayyar of the 17 Jat Regiment was given the responsibility of clearing the Pimple Complex, a part of Point 4875, west of Tiger Hill. This post of Point 4875 was at an altitude of 6000 feet. It was extremely important to win it, so that the road ahead could be made easy. Captain Nayyar, accompanied by a crew, started the ascent on the night of 6 July. It was certain to face death step by step. But Captain Nayyar continued with his companions.

Captain Anuj Nayyar had defeated the enemies,

Captain Anuj Nayyar was an Indian Army officer of the 17th Battalion of the Jat Regiment. He was posthumously awarded the Maha Vir Chakra for his exemplary gallantry during operations in the Kargil War in 1999. Captain Nayyar was given the responsibility of evacuating Point 4875 west of Tiger Hill during the war. Tiger Hill was completely surrounded by Pakistani infiltrators. This was the point which was at a very high altitude and was keeping an eye on the enemy army. It was very important for the army to win this point because it was a strategically very important place. Enemies were hiding here by making bunkers. The challenge was huge because even if the enemy dropped a stone, it would hit the army directly. So Nayyar and his team covered some distance with great care, but as soon as the enemy got a sense of them, firing started on sight. His team also started firing and killed 9 soldiers of Pakistan.

  Standing before the challenge,

After defeating Pakistani soldiers, as Captain Anuj Nayyar was preparing to hoist the tricolor at Point 4875, the enemy attacked him with a grenade and he was injured. This was followed by another grenade attack in which he was martyred along with his team. Meanwhile, Captain Batra arrived with his team from behind and hoisted the tricolor at this point by piling up the remaining soldiers of Pakistan.

  Posthumously honored with Mahavir Chakra,

It is said that Captain Anuj Nayyar was going on a war, so he gave a ring to his senior and asked him to give this ring to his future fiance. The senior said that you give yourself, in response to which he said that I am going to the war, I do not know whether I will return or not. If I return, I will give it myself or else you send it to my house and give my message. Unfortunately, Anuj could not return from this battle. But an example for the entire nation, Captain Anuj Nayyar was posthumously awarded the Maha Vir Chakra (India's second highest gallantry award) for his exemplary gallantry in war.

Even today, on this soil of India, brave soldiers like Captain Anuj Nayyar do not shy away from sacrificing their lives with laughter. Captain Anuj Nayyar may not be in this world today, but the stories of his valor are still alive in the heart of every Indian.

How important was the martyr Major Ajay Prasad to the army, it can be gauged from the fact that to save his life, the army had ordered him to disguise. Whenever they had to go from Mizoram to Delhi or Bhopal, the army used to make their reservation by train and send them by helicopter or plane in disguise. He had grown a beard to fight the militants. He had caught the militant in Kashmir but later he escaped. Ajay had killed three Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists during patrolling in Kashmir itself. After this incident, Ajay had narrowly survived the IED blast several times.

This was said in the last moments,

During the Kargil war, Major Ajay Prasad had told Indian military officers in the last moments that Indian soldiers were not fighting terrorists, but Pakistani forces. When he realized this, he asked for more help. Without caring for his life, he snatched three posts one after the other from the Pakistani army in Awantipur, but due to the inaccessible mountainous area, the help of the Indian Air Force could not be received in time and he was martyred while fighting the enemies.
