 Why does hail fall?

 The water of the ponds and the sea evaporates and forms a cloud of rain in the sky and these clouds rain water.  But when the temperature in the sky drops to several degrees below zero, then the moisture present in the air gets condensed i.e. in the form of small droplets of water.  More water freezes on these frozen droplets.  Gradually they take the form of snow balls.  When these balls become too heavy, they start falling down.  While falling, colliding with the hot air of the way, they turn into droplets.  But the thicker balls that do not melt completely fall to the earth in the form of ice balls.  These are what we call ole.
